Return Policy

1. Overview:

Leacolt is committed to providing high-quality kids’ products. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

  • To qualify for return or exchange:
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product must be in resellable condition.
  • Items failing these criteria will be returned to the customer without refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are NOT eligible for return/exchange:

  • Innerwear (underwear, socks, thermals, etc.)
  • Hygiene-sensitive products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or digital products

4. Returns Process:

Contact customer support with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images/videos (if defective or incorrect)
  • Leacolt team will evaluate and approve/decline the request.

After Approval:

  • Ship the product back using secure packaging.
  • Share tracking details for faster processing.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customer pays for returns unless product is defective/incorrect.

5. Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, store credit or refund will be provided.

6. Inspection & Approval:

  • Once Leacolt receives the item:
  • Quality check takes 1–3 business days.

If approved:

Exchange:

Processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund:

Processed within 7–10 business days back to original payment method.

If rejected:

Item will be shipped back at the customer’s cost.

7. Refund Details:

  • Refunds will NOT include:
  • Shipping charges (unless product was defective)
  • COD fees
  • Gift wrap charges
  • Refunds may appear as:
  • Original payment method
  • Store credit (valid for future purchases)

8. Damaged/Incorrect Product Policy:

  • If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect:
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide unboxing photos/videos.
  • Leacolt will cover full return shipping and provide replacement/refund.

9. Misuse of Return Policy:

Leacolt reserves the right to deny service to customers who:

  • Frequently return used or damaged items.
  • Abuse COD or refund systems.
  • Exhibit fraudulent behavior.
