1. Contract Formation:
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when:
- Payment is verified, and
- Leacolt confirms the order via email/SMS.
2. Product Availability:
- All products are subject to availability.
- If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, you will be contacted for replacement/refund options.
3. Promotions & Discounts:
- Promotions have specific terms listed on product or campaign pages.
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Leacolt may modify or end promotions at any time.
4. Shipping Conditions:
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
- Customers must inspect products immediately upon receipt.
5. Customer Obligations:
Users must:
- Provide accurate personal and payment information.
- Not misuse Leacolt’s return, exchange, or support systems.
- Use purchased products as per manufacturer recommendations.
6. Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours if not shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns may be initiated after delivery.
7. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:
- COD availability depends on location.
- Refusal to accept COD orders repeatedly may result in suspension of COD privilege.
8. Faulty/Incorrect Products:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Notify Leacolt within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide images/videos for verification.
- Leacolt will offer replacement, exchange, or refund depending on eligibility.
9. Data Protection & Privacy:
- Leacolt collects personal data needed for order processing.
- Data is used solely for service fulfilment and communication.
- Leacolt does not sell or share customer data with third parties, except logistics/payment partners.
10. Amendments:
Leacolt may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
